You receive 11 custom shirts that rotate every two weeks. In practice, you’ll always have 6 clean shirts available (plus one spare), and we handle the weekly exchange between dirty and freshly cleaned shirts.
The subscription is for 52 weeks, anyway, it is possible to interrupt the plan, by paying a surrender value of the shirts.
Your plan will have anyway 52 weeks of duration. Practically if you don’t use the service the missed weeks will be added to the end of the 52 weeks. For example, if you subscribe to a plan on January the 1st and during the period you paused the plan for 3 weeks your plan will end on January the 21st of the year after, paying only 52 weeks.
Since the shirts are made in real-time (the factory produces the shirts when the client submits the plan), the first shirt set will arrive in 3/4 working days. Consider anyway the plan will remain frozen since you will receive the first stock. Only at that time, the 52 weeks will start. Anyway, we constantly update you on your shirt production.
If you damage a shirt we can replace it paying only the surrender value of the damaged shirt. In the LUXURY plan, a substitution is included. Consider any way that you can insure your shirts against accidental damages.
All our shirts are tailored maiden and we offer a money-back guarantee formula. If you want anyway wear the shirts in advance, contact us. we will organize a trial as soon as possible.
